Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a background in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in software
- Excellent command of English is a must ( above B1 )
- Strong understanding of software licensing models and IT hardware categories
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate software and hardware vendors to meet business requirements
- Request and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Manage the preparation and processing of purchase orders and related documentation
- Track deliveries and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams ( accounting – sales ) to gather procurement needs and support budgeting
