IT Customer Support

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
  • 3 years of experience in IT support or technical service
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS and basic networking
  • V.Good communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
  • Experience with remote tools and ticketing systems is a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Autodesk software knowledge or IT certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Contact clients post-sale to activate licenses and ensure proper usage
  • Guide clients on installation steps and how to avoid issues
  • Ensure client satisfaction and enhance their user experience
  • Escalate client needs for extra features/services to the Account Manager
  • Provide technical support via email, phone, remote sessions, or meetings
  • Search for solutions in vendor support channels when needed
  • Communicate directly with vendors if no solution is found online
  • Document all support activities via email with the client
  • Keep a log of issues, resolutions, and escalations
  • Identify internal IT needs and ensure timely purchase of required equipment
  • Maintain updated records of all IT assets within the company
