Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
- 3 years of experience in IT support or technical service
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS and basic networking
- V.Good communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
- Experience with remote tools and ticketing systems is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Autodesk software knowledge or IT certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Contact clients post-sale to activate licenses and ensure proper usage
- Guide clients on installation steps and how to avoid issues
- Ensure client satisfaction and enhance their user experience
- Escalate client needs for extra features/services to the Account Manager
- Provide technical support via email, phone, remote sessions, or meetings
- Search for solutions in vendor support channels when needed
- Communicate directly with vendors if no solution is found online
- Document all support activities via email with the client
- Keep a log of issues, resolutions, and escalations
- Identify internal IT needs and ensure timely purchase of required equipment
- Maintain updated records of all IT assets within the company
