Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience
- Very good to excellent English
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word & HR tools
- Excellent communication & follow-up skills
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism & organization
- HR diploma or certification is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Egyptian labor law
- Positive attitude, team player, and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee orientation plans
- Monitor employee attendance and manage fingerprint system reports
- Maintain and organize employee records and contracts
- Follow up on probation periods, contract renewals, and exit processes
- Prepare detailed monthly HR reports and employee status updates
- Support in planning & tracking internal trainings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in policy updates
- Act as a liaison between employees and management for any HR-related queries
- Participate in internal events, engagement activities & culture building
