Order Processing & Vendor Coordinator (Cairo, Egypt)

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in order processing/procurement/operations support
  • ERP experience (Odoo preferred)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Good English communication skills
  • Based in Egypt

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders, renewals, and vendor coordination
  • Collect and compare offers from third-party resellers
  • Ensure all sales and purchase data is accurate in Odoo ERP
  • Coordinate between Sales, Technical, and Finance to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain vendor relationships and follow up on deliveries
