Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering is a MUST
 - Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar positions with a minimum of two years of leadership experience.
 - Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the software industry
 - Proficiency in Revit software
 - A strong understanding of the BIM workflow
 - Excellent level in English
 - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to articulate complex technical information to non- technical audiences
 - Familiarity with 4D modeling is a plus
 - Knowledge with programming tools such as Dynamo or Python is a plus
 - Preferably owns a car
 - Priority will be given to candidates with previous experience as an Instructor
Responsibilities
 - Participate in pre-sales activities, including delivering technical sessions to potential and existing clients
 - Implement and support BIM technologies, especially Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud
 - Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the latest BIM tools and workflows
 - Engage with new customers daily, presenting cutting-edge BIM solutions tailored to their needs
 - Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging BIM technologies to continuously improve service delivery
 - Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise that supports business growth
 - Assign tasks and responsibilities based on team members’ strengths
 - Lead and supervise team members to ensure targets are met.
