Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in BIM and construction project delivery.
- Experience in 4D BIM implementation on building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and project scheduling.
Software Skills
- Autodesk Revit or Civil 3D
- Navisworks
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Synchro 4D “mandatory”
- Fuzor
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Project
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 4D BIM models by linking 3D models with project schedules.
- Create construction sequence simulations and visual project timelines.
- Validate BIM models and project schedules for 4D implementation requirements.
- Perform constructability reviews and identify scheduling conflicts.
- Support project teams in planning, logistics, and phasing strategies.
- Track construction progress and compare planned versus actual performance.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for management and clients.
- Establish and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on 4D BIM methodologies.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and planners throughout project delivery.
