We’re looking for a detail-driven professional who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to engage clients through implementation, training, and pre-sales support. What You’ll Do
Leadership & Technical Execution on Mega Projects
Lead BIM activities across complex, large-scale projects, ensuring full alignment with company standards and BIM governance.
Apply strong technical BIM expertise to manage project delivery with high levels of accuracy, coordination, and quality.
Work hands-on with Revit and BIM workflows when needed, while overseeing the overall technical performance of the team.
Act as the main point of contact for resolving complex technical and coordination challenges.
Review and validate all deliverables to ensure they meet the required standards for mega projects.
Mentor and guide team members, ensuring continuous development and performance improvement.
Technical meetings, Implementation & Training
Lead technical sessions, presenting tailored BIM solutions to potential and existing clients.
Drive the implementation of BIM technologies, including Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Deliver professional training sessions for clients and internal teams on BIM tools and workflows.
Engage with clients on a daily basis, simplifying complex technical concepts and aligning them with business needs.
Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing technical insights that support business growth and client acquisition.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
7+ years of experience in BIM, with proven experience in a senior or leadership role.
BIM Diploma is required.
Strong experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the AEC or software industry.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of BIM workflows and standards.
Experience working on large-scale or mega projects is a strong advantage.
Excellent command of English.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive results under pressure.
High attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations.
